If you're not already using Xero or QuickBooks Online, we'll begin by migrating your books free of charge to Xero or QuickBooks Online, getting them clean and making sure everything adds up. Your new Xero or Quickbooks Online subscription will be included in your plan cost, and you'll continue to upload documents like you always did, each week.
If you're already using Xero or Quickbooks Online, we'll simply ask you to move your books to our huumans account in a few simple steps - and we'll begin paying the cost. We'll start straight away getting your books cleaned up and making sure everything adds up and you'll continue to upload documents like you always did, each week.

For desktop warriors
Already using bookkeeping software? Then you already have a great foundation to build on.
Are you or your current bookkeeper using Sage, QuickBooks Desktop or some other desktop-based software to manage your books? Then transferring your bookkeeping to huumans will be straightforward. With dedicated support, we'll begin by asking you to export your books from your current software, then start migrating them free of charge to Xero or QuickBooks Online, getting them clean and making sure everything adds up.
Your new Xero or QuickBooks Online subscription will be included in your plan cost, and we'll ask you to upload your documents to us using a process which is as simple to use as taking a picture on your cell phone.
