Contest Name: My Canada, My Story
Sponsor: Huumans Inc. ("the Company")
Contest Period: June 15, 2026 (12:00 AM EDT) – July 1, 2026 (11:59 PMEDT)
1. Eligibility
The My Canada, My Story Contest (the "Contest") isopen to legal residents of Canada who are the age of majority in their provinceor territory of residence at the time of entry, excluding residents of theProvince of Quebec. Entrants must be the owner or an authorizedrepresentative of a Canadian small business with 20 or fewer full-timeequivalent employees at the time of entry. Employees, contractors,directors, and officers of the Company, its affiliates, sponsors, and theirimmediate family members or household members are not eligible to enter.
No purchase is necessary. A purchase does not improve yourchances of winning.
2. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete all of thefollowing steps during the Contest Period:
Entries submitted with mismatched email addresses across anyof these three steps will be deemed ineligible and disqualified without furthernotice. Only one (1) entry per person and per business is permitted.

Submissions containing any of the following will beimmediately disqualified and permanently removed:
The Company reserves the right to disqualify any submissionit deems, in its sole discretion, to be inconsistent with the spirit of theContest or the values of the Company.
4. Judging & Voting
Eligible submissions will be evaluated in two stages:
Stage 1 — Public Vote (July 1–15)
All approved video submissions will be published to theofficial "My Canada, My Story" playlist on the Humans YouTubechannel, where they will be publicly viewable. Public voting will be conductedvia YouTube Likes. One (1) Like equals one (1) vote. Public voting opens July1, 2026 and closes July 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM EDT.
The ten (10) videos with the most Likes at the close ofvoting will advance to the finalist round. In the event of a tie for the 10thspot, the tied video with the highest number of YouTube comments at the closeof voting will advance.
Stage 2 — Panel Judging (July 15)
The ten (10) finalists will be reviewed by a judging panelcomprising representatives of the Company and designated sponsors. Eachpanelist will independently review all finalist submissions prior to a livevirtual judging session held on July 15, 2026. The panel will evaluatefinalists on authenticity, storytelling quality, and community impact. First,second, and third place winners will be selected at the conclusion of thejudging session. The panel's decisions are final and binding.
Voting Integrity
Any attempt to artificially inflate votes through bots,purchased engagement, coordinated inauthentic behavior, or any other fraudulentmeans will result in immediate disqualification of the associated entry.
5. Prizes
Grand Prize – Cash - $10,000 CAD
Grand Prize – Travel - Trip for one (1) to Banff, Alberta plus 30 hours of free advice from an advisor in our marketplace (approximate value X)
Feature Prize - Professional production of your business story and featured on our website and social media channels
Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable,non-exchangeable, and have no cash equivalent (except the cash prize). Winnersare responsible for all applicable taxes. Travel prize is subject toavailability and booking conditions; specific terms to be disclosed uponwinning.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected on or around July 15, 2026. TheCompany will contact winners via the email address on file. Winners mustrespond within five (5) business days of notification or the prize may beforfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Winners may be required to sign arelease of liability and consent to the use of their name and likeness forpromotional purposes as a condition of receiving their prize.
7. Privacy & Content License
By entering, participants grant the Company a non-exclusive,royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distributetheir submitted video for marketing and promotional purposes, including but notlimited to social media, the Company's website, and press releases.Participants retain ownership of their original content.

8. General Conditions
The Company reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspendthe Contest at any time in the event of fraud, technical failure, or any othercircumstances beyond its reasonable control. The Company is not responsible forlost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries. All decisions of the Companyand the judging panel are final and binding.
This Contest is governed by the laws of the Province ofAlberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
